HARNIX wasn't born in a lab. It was born from the decision of two people to come home — from MIT in Boston and from an entrepreneurship path in the US — to build something that matters in Moldova: a robotics startup solving a real European problem and putting our agriculture on the advanced-technology map.

Co-Founder & CTO · Robotics & AI · MIT Graduate
Vlad Seremet graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and went on to work at several robotics startups across the European Union — robotic-arm projects, computer-vision systems, and applied neural-net pipelines.
After years building technology for others, the decision was clear: come back to Moldova. Not to copy what already exists abroad, but to build here a truly productive, revolutionary solution — a product that competes, on technology, with the most advanced companies in Europe and the US.
But one piece was missing: real fields, a real problem, a partner who understands agriculture from the inside.
Co-Founder · Sales & Development Director · Founder, Frudova
Vlad Vedrasco lived for many years in the United States. He returned home to Moldova with a conviction: Moldovan fruit export can be reinvented — from cultivation, to quality, to direct access to the major EU retailers.
That's how Frudova (C.I. VED-MAR AGRO) was born — a Moldovan table-grape producer and exporter with direct access to European chains such as Lidl, Biedronka and Mega Image. Frudova proved a Moldovan brand can sit on EU shelves — but it kept hitting the same ceiling: no labor for harvest.

The two Vlads met in Moldova. One brought top EU and MIT robotics. The other brought real fields, real export, and a real problem: how do you harvest on time, at export quality, when the labor force vanishes?
The synergy was immediate. Advanced technology met validated terrain, real buyers and export volume. This wasn't going to be an academic project — it had to be a product.
And so HARNIX was born, a startup building semi-autonomous robots, delivered as a service, tested in the Frudova vineyards and built for greenhouses across Europe.
"We both felt we could do more for Moldovan agriculture — and put this country on the map of advanced technology."

HARNIX is a Moldovan robotics company solving one of European agriculture's biggest problems — the labor crisis — with a product designed, assembled and operated from Moldova. Every robot that goes onto an EU field carries the signature of a country that, for the first time, exports not just produce but advanced technology.
We only build what works in the field, at export quality. The Frudova pilot keeps us honest.
The same class of robotics you see in the Netherlands or Germany — designed and assembled at home.
Every engineer, teleoperator and partner in Moldova is part of the story we're carrying forward.
We're raising €1.5M seed for an 18-month runway: scaling the Frudova pilot, capturing our proprietary harvesting dataset, and signing the first commercial contracts in the Netherlands. This is the moment Moldova steps onto the European robotics map — and we're looking for partners who want to be there from day one.
