GDPR Notice

HARNIX ("Harnix", "we", "us") is committed to the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). This notice summarises your rights and how to exercise them. For full detail, please read our Privacy Policy.

01Data controller

Harnix acts as the data controller for personal data collected through harnix.tech and our investor outreach. Contact: vladvedrasco@frudova.md.

  • Purpose limitation — data is used only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • Data minimisation — we collect only what is necessary.
  • Accuracy — you can correct your data at any time.
  • Storage limitation — we keep data only as long as necessary.
  • Integrity and confidentiality — we apply appropriate security.
  • Accountability — we can demonstrate compliance on request.

03Your rights

As a data subject in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how your data is used.
  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify inaccurate data.
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restrict processing.
  • Data portability.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Not be subject to solely automated decision-making with legal effects.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.
  • Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

04How to exercise your rights

Send an email to vladvedrasco@frudova.md with the subject "GDPR request" and describe what you want us to do. We may ask for proof of identity to protect your data. We respond within 30 days; complex requests may take up to an additional 60 days, in which case we will let you know.

05Data breaches

If a data breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, as required by GDPR.

06International transfers

When personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other adequate safeguards approved by the European Commission.

07Children

Our site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

08Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country of residence or place of the alleged breach. A list of EU/EEA authorities is available on the European Data Protection Board website (edpb.europa.eu).
