Harnix is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy-related question, please write to vladvedrasco@frudova.md.

We collect only the data you provide and the minimum technical data required to operate the site.

• Investor enquiry data: full name, email, organisation, indicative ticket size, and any message you submit through the investor form.
• Communication data: contents of emails you send us and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referrer, and timestamps — collected through standard server logs and analytics.

• To respond to investor enquiries and share materials — legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in fundraising.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website — legitimate interest in running a safe, functional site.
• To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, anti-fraud).
• To send follow-up communications about the seed round — only where you have requested them.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with trusted processors that help us operate, strictly under written data-processing terms:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers (EU/EEA or with adequate safeguards).
• Email delivery providers.
• Analytics providers (anonymised where possible).
• Legal and professional advisors when strictly necessary.

Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent GDPR-approved mechanism.

Investor enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting records). Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure ("right to be forgotten").
• Restrict or object to processing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure — please use a unique password and a secure email provider when contacting us.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be communicated to investors we are in active contact with.
